I loved that I could check in early. This really let me explore. The room was beautiful. It had so much detail everywhere.
The room was tiny with no windows except Velux in the roof. They don't open during rain. It was uncomfortably hot, and there was no air conditioning.

My room was decorated beautifully. The bed was enormous, so the pillows offered perfect comfort. The meal was delicious and well presented. I particularly enjoyed the duck, and the dauphinoise potatoes were divine. Breakfast was fresh (especially the pastries!). The staff even placed a cake in the room for my celebration. When I went to dinner, they decorated the table with balloons and confetti. This. The staff were professional and friendly.
The room had Velux windows, but they do not open during rain. air conditioning was not available.

i was given a thorough introduction to the room's features and amenities upon arrival, i was also directed on how to locate everything. the wine and water glasses in the room seemed like a particularly thoughtful addition, i also noticed the slippers and sleep spray. i really appreciated the attention to detail, i was allocated the same table for both dinner and breakfast, set with care.
The bedrooms are located upstairs and require carrying luggage. I feel this is something to consider with mobility issues.

the room had high quality lighting, electrical outlets were conveniently placed, and usb ports were available for charging devices. motion sensor lighting and black out blinds were available for added convenience, and a large smart tv with a surround sound bar provided entertainment.

the staff went beyond expectations to accommodate our late arrival and ensure we could access our room quickly. they even performed a deep clean of the room beforehand to address potential allergies. the duty manager greeted us politely and demonstrated the key amenities.

i had the home made granola with forest fruits and yogurt at breakfast, this was followed by mushrooms on sourdough bread with crispy bacon and a poached egg. the breakfast menu presented a variety of options to suit different tastes. dinner service was excellent, the menu was varied and i received good wine recommendations.

the location was easy to find and offered ample parking facilities for guests. technology played a key role, enabling straightforward access to the room and the building round the clock. i also noted that there wasn't a formal reception area, but that did not affect my experience.
